Jim Huguenard is the founder and owner of Lighten Your Load Concierge Service, Inc. He has been living in Indianapolis for the last 19 years and formed LYL Concierge Service, Inc. after personally experiencing how recent downsizing of corporations affected their respective employees. Companies "are doing more with less people" these days which puts an added burden on them to find a balance between professional and personal commitments.
Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Technology from Purdue University and has held several engineering positions in the automotive industry. He gained customer service experience during his tenure in the home remodeling and health information industries. Providing superb customer service in these positions was his goal and remains the goal for the clients of LYL.
