You don't have to take the time to look in the phone book or travel to your bank or insurance agency to find a notary. Notary services are provided right to your door! Here are the requirements for LYL Concierge Service to provide traveling notary services: A photo identification of each person whom the document is being notarized must be presented before signing Validation that the verbiage and statements in the document to be notarized is true and correct Each person required to sign the document will do so in the presence of the notary, not before. In accordance with Indiana law, a notary public cannot notarize real estate closing documents until they have title insurance coverage. Jim presently does not have this coverage, but will soon.
