	Rates and Policies Rates Hiring Lighten Your Load Concierge Service to perform daily errands and tasks returns time to our clients busy lives which they can use, at their discretion, to pursue other personal interests, hobbies, relationships, or just simply rest. The rates charged for services are based on the type of service requested. For this reason, we ask that you contact us to discuss the details of your specific need. For competitive reasons, we cannot publish our rates in this forum. Policies Hours of Operation Normal Business Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Scheduling 24 Hour notice for service is requested in order to prepare schedules Same Day service requests will be considered as schedule permits and are subject to additional charge Services requested outside of Normal Business hours are subject to additional charge Personal Concierge Services Per hour basis, one (1) hour minimum charge Time is billed in 15 minute increments (For example: If the hourly rate was $10 / hour and the service took 1 hour and 8 minutes to perform, the total rate charged would be $12.50) Time includes round trip travel from LYL Concierge Service home office Mileage policy will apply The cost of any product or fees (i.e.: parking) incurred during the performance of the service will be the responsibility of the client A deposit prior to rendering service may apply No refunds Payment due and payable in full at conclusion of service Corporate Concierge Services Per hour basis, one (1) hour minimum charge Time is billed in 15 minute increments (For example: If the hourly rate was $10 / hour and the service took 1 hour and 8 minutes to perform, the total rate charged would be $12.50) Time includes round trip travel from LYL Concierge Service home office Mileage policy will apply The cost of any product or fees (i.e.: parking) incurred during the performance of the service will be the responsibility of the client A deposit prior to rendering service may apply No refunds Payment due and payable in full at conclusion of service Mileage Mileage will be charged at the current IRS rate of $0.49 / mile Mileage includes round trip travel from LYL Concierge Service home office Payment Payment due and payable in full at conclusion of service Cash, check, or credit card via PayPal (please see PayPal link located on the Request Services page. You do not have to have a PayPal account) accepted If paying using PayPal, a 2.9% processing fee will be added Returned Check A $25 fee, in addition to other fees / charges from LYL Concierge Service's banking institution, will be assessed for each returned check "Member International Concierge and Errand Association"
